Meet our Head Boy and Head Girl

We have a Head Boy and Head Girl at The Priors School. The staff in the school vote for the children who they believe uphold and demonstrate the values of the school to an excellent standard. The Head Boy and Head Girl have many responsibilities such as:

  • Writing the school article to publish in the Parish News Magazine;
  • Representing the school at events, such as Remembrance Day;
  • Showing visitors around the school;
  • Supporting the School Council to make decisions for the school; and
  • Leading Celebration Assemblies.

We are very excited to see how this role develops and look forward to seeing how Doris and Jack flourish with these responsibilities.

Doris and Jack

My name is Doris Saunders and I am very pleased to be the Head Girl of The Priors School. I have been coming to the Priors School since Nursery, and I am the youngest of four children. My brothers and sister also went to this school before me, which makes The Priors School so special to my family.

I like coming to The Priors School because the lessons are so fun and I love being able to see my friends every day. When I am not at school I like to bake and do painting. I also enjoy playing with my dog, Hector, and my two cats Poppy and Fudge. I am really looking forward to my last year at The Priors School. I hope everyone else who comes here has as much fun as I have had.
