Tuesday 8th June

Today has been a fun-filled day, full of excitement, learning new skills and overcoming some fears. The children have all really pushed themselves to step out of their comfort zones and try something new.

Mrs Jackson's group started the day with climbing, followed by the amazing leap of faith. In the afternoon, they completed the compass course, the challenge course and ended the day with the high octane zip wiring. We could not be prouder of them for trying new things out and being super brave. We have seen some children develop new skills - Oscar has been a super team player, leader and was super cool when he jumped off backwards off the zip wire!

Mr Emms' group started the day with the leap of faith followed by climbing. We then moved on to canoeing (or paddling into the tree... no names mentioned girls!), the challenge course and also zip wiring. The bravery award for the day has to go to Evie for pushing through the fear to do the zip wire not just once, but four times! Also, a special mention to Ellie for her climbing. I think she said "I can't do this" five times, but still carried on going to the top!
