  • Message from Chair of Governors

Mon 04 Apr 2016 Shelagh Moore

I have great pleasure in informing you that the governors have appointed a new Headteacher for The Priors School for the start of the next academic year.  Mr Ricky Emms is currently Deputy Headteacher at Dunmore Primary School, and is very much looking forward to leading our excellent team.

After a very rigorous recruitment process, in which the governors were joined by former Headteacher Joyce James, our School Improvement Partner, as well as several children from the school, Mr Emms stood out as an excellent candidate and we unanimously supported his appointment.

I am sure that you will all join the governors in welcoming our new Headteacher and supporting him in maintaining the delightful nature of our school whilst working to move us forward into a new era.

    Shelagh Moore
