Summer Term Timetable
Helpful information:
Children will need their PE Kits on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Art and Design and Technology lessons will be taught as 'Art Day' and 'DT Day' towards the end of each half term.
Spelling tests take place every Friday and new spellings will also be given on Fridays. These will be in your child's spelling diaries for that week. Scores from spelling tests will be shared with the children on Mondays; this way we can go over any corrections or misconceptions together in class before moving on. We take part in daily spelling activities in class and encourage the children to practice their spellings on Spelling Shed at home when possible.
Homework diaries will be checked as regularly as possible. However, if you have an urgent message for school, please catch me on the playground, or send an email to the school office.
Reading books will be changed by the children once they have finished what they are reading. As they are now reading much longer texts, they may want/need to keep their books for longer than one week.
